Who am I?

I am Václav Kural,
Wim Hof Method Instructor.

I am also the father of two sons, and in my life, I’ve been down a few times, just like everyone else. But every time I rose and came back stronger. I see obstacles and complications in life as a challenge, an opportunity to learn something new and use it to my advantage. I had the same approach to cold resistance, which led me to the Wim Hof Method. It opened my eyes and showed me the path to happiness, strength, and health. I want to pass on its tools to you as well. Because happiness is real only when shared.”
